Questions people ask first

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your apps stay available until the end of your paid period. After that we keep your data for at least 30 days so you can come back or ask for an export, then we delete it. More about your data.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, if you change your mind soon after buying: within 14 days of a yearly charge and 3 days of a monthly charge, including renewals. Refund Policy.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, from your billing page. Upgrades start right away and you pay only the prorated difference; downgrades take effect at your next renewal. New storage limits usually apply within a few minutes.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Everything works in your browser. Free desktop and phone apps are available for file sync and passwords if you want them.
